We use high-quality materials including 18k gold vermeil, sterling silver, and ethically sourced gemstones. All our pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic to ensure comfort for sensitive skin.
How should I care for my jewelry to maintain its shine?
To preserve the luster of your jewelry, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. We recommend storing your pieces in the provided Makeda pouch and cleaning them gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?
Standard domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days. We also offer international shipping to select countries, which typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every Makeda Jewelry purchase includes a 12-month warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.
