Return Process

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Makeda packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
